Family Fun Day raises £2,000 for SCOPE
Every two years we celebrate with a Family Fun Day to raise money for charity. This year, the event was held on Sunday, 14 July at White House Farm and we raised a fantastic £2,035.59 on the day.
SCOPE was this year’s charity. It was chosen by Debbie Kennedy, Nursery Manager at White House Farm because she used to provide one-to-one help for a child who was supported by SCOPE. Debbie ran the London Marathon in April and with sponsorship from family, friends, work colleagues and nursery parents she raised a further £1,500.
So far this year, over £3,500 has been raised for SCOPE, the disability equality charity.
