Here at Once upon a time we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to manage your details and provide care to your child.

From time to time, we may need to contact you, via telephone, email, mail, the Tapestry App or MailChimp to provide you with childcare information and share relevant news.

We will input your data into our computer systems which help us manage the nursery smoothly. Your data is accessed via password protected protocols and held securely in ‘the cloud’. It can only be accessed by authorised staff and our IT supplier (who we have a Confidentiality Agreement in place with).

Personal information may need to be shared with Ofsted (our regulator), and Norfolk County Council (our Local Authority) but will never be shared with any other third parties.
