Meet Anna
Anna Terrington is our Operations Manager and is responsible for the intake of children to our four nursery schools.
Anna has been with Once upon a time since we opened in 2007. She is a qualified childcare practitioner and spent several years as the Baby Room Manager at our Wroxham Road nursery school. Since having three children of her own, Anna now manages the joining process. She will respond to all Registration Forms, advise on availability of places and answer any questions you may have. Whether it’s an email or a telephone call, Anna is the first person you’ll hear from. And if we’re able to offer a place, Anna will also arrange a visit so you can get a feel for the nursery and make sure this is the right choice for you and your child.
Please note that Anna works Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Day care
All of our day care nursery schools are currently full until September 2023.
If you would like to add your child to our waiting list for a place from January 2023 onwards, please complete and submit the Registration Form below. Forms are prioritised in date received order, and we give priority to siblings.
We will be in contact if we are in a position to offer a place. If we are able to offer your child a place, you will be invited to visit the nursery.
In the event of places becoming available before January 2023, we will contact parents on the waiting list in chronological order.
Sessional Care

Day care at Wroxham Road, White House Farm and Constitution Hill.
All our day-care settings are now full until January 2026. If you have submitted a registration form and are therefore already on our waiting list, we will be in touch if and when spaces become available.
Online registration is currently closed. This will re open July 7th – 11th 2025, for places from January 2026. We hope to welcome as many new children as possible, however submitting a registration form does not guarantee your child a place.
Sessional Care at Cecil Gowing
We have FREE spaces available for two, three and four years olds at our term time nursery from September 2025. If you would like to register a place for your child, please email anna@onceuponatime.org.uk or call 01603 415821 and ask to speak to Anna.
